These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gr999 platform. By accessing or using gr999.vip, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before registering or placing any bets.

gr999 is an adults-only platform. All users must be at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to be held by a minor will be closed immediately with funds forfeited.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one gr999 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or in error — are subject to immediate suspension and any associated bonuses and winnings will be voided.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gr999 login credentials. gr999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your password.
BDT Transactions Only

General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gr999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the gr999 website located at gr999.vip and any associated mobile applications or services, including but not limited to the gr999 Android application.
By accessing gr999.vip, completing the account registration process, making any deposit, placing any bet, or otherwise using any feature of the gr999 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gr999 platform and close your account.
gr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, gr999 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the gr999.vip website. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the gr999 Privacy Policy and the gr999 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and gr999. Scope of Agreement
These Terms apply to all gr999 services including the online casino, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing games, slots, promotional offers, mobile application, and customer support interactions.
Platform Jurisdiction
gr999 operates as an online gaming platform accessible to residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws applicable to them.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to the gr999 platform and participation in any gambling or betting activity on gr999.vip is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all gr999 players:
- You must be a natural person of legal age (18 or above) and must not be acting on behalf of any third party, company, or entity when registering or playing.
- You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of gr999 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a current or former employee of gr999 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or partner studios.
- You must not have been previously excluded from gr999 under a self-exclusion request or have had a gr999 account permanently closed for violation of these Terms.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, and must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship order, or mental incapacity.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. gr999 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time.
gr999 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. If you are aware of a minor who has accessed or is attempting to access the gr999 platform, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of gr999 services — including placing sports bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must first complete the gr999 account registration process. Registration is free of charge.
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) gr999 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, gr999 will close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You are required to promptly notify gr999 of any changes to your personal information, including changes to your registered mobile number or payment method details, by contacting support at [email protected].
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gr999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. gr999 will treat any access made using your valid login credentials as authorised activity by you.
If you suspect that your gr999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify gr999 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. gr999 will investigate and take appropriate security measures, which may include temporarily locking your account pending verification.
gr999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) from any player at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by gr999 may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.
gr999 Login Security Tip
Always access your gr999 account through the official gr999.vip website or the official gr999 Android app. Never enter your gr999 login credentials on third-party websites or unofficial apps. gr999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the gr999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). gr999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on gr999 is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your gr999 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. gr999 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. gr999 processes withdrawal requests promptly; processing time may vary based on the payment method selected and applicable verification requirements.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and has been verified as belonging to you. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- gr999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before approving withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds. This may include requesting additional identity documents or evidence of the source of funds.
- Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are met will be rejected until the conditions are satisfied.
- gr999 does not accept payments from, or issue withdrawals to, third-party accounts, joint accounts not registered in the player's name, or anonymous payment methods.
- In the event that a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is initiated without legitimate grounds, gr999 reserves the right to suspend the account and recover any funds disbursed pending investigation.
- All player funds deposited with gr999 are held in accordance with standard fund management practices applicable to the platform. gr999 does not use player funds for operational expenses.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
gr999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Welcome Bonus. New gr999 players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the gr999 welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Abuse of the welcome bonus, including through the creation of multiple accounts, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Wagering Requirements. Bonuses and bonus winnings are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Until wagering requirements are fulfilled, any withdrawal request that includes bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings will not be approved.
Bonus Expiry. All bonuses issued by gr999 carry an expiry period, stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonuses not claimed within the eligibility window, or wagering requirements not completed within the active period, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings without compensation.
Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the gr999 bonus system — including but not limited to hedging bets to guarantee a profit while meeting wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or using automated software to meet wagering conditions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gr999 reserves the right to withhold and void any bonuses and winnings obtained through abuse and to permanently close the account of any player found to have engaged in such conduct.
Promotion Changes. gr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, bonus offer, or promotional programme at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time the change takes effect, provided the player continues to comply with the applicable terms.
Important Bonus Disclaimer
Bonuses are provided as promotional incentives and are not guaranteed income. Gambling involves risk and the value of any bonus is not certain to be realised. Always gamble responsibly within your financial means regardless of any bonus or promotion in effect on your account.
Prohibited Conduct and Fraud
gr999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, collusion, cheating, and any form of conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or the fairness of the gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the gr999 platform in a manner not permitted for human players.
- Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, sporting event, or bet placed on the gr999 platform.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the gr999 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned to gr999.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the gr999 platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
- Using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into a gr999 account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or during any gr999 KYC verification process.
- Attempting to manipulate the gr999 login system, including through brute force attacks, credential stuffing, phishing, or social engineering directed at gr999 staff.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour directed at gr999 customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Misusing the gr999 promotions and bonus system in a manner inconsistent with Article 5 of these Terms, or as determined by gr999 at its sole reasonable discretion.
gr999 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor player activity, transaction patterns, and device fingerprints on a continuous basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, gr999 may suspend the affected account without prior notice, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms the breach.
Account Suspension and Closure
gr999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion where it reasonably determines that there has been a breach of these Terms, that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or where required by applicable law or a competent authority.
Voluntary Closure by Player. You may close your gr999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with a written request. gr999 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining on the account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) may be withdrawn prior to closure in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
Self-Exclusion Closure. Players who request account closure on responsible gaming grounds (self-exclusion) will have their accounts closed immediately upon receipt of the request. Requests for self-exclusion are irreversible within the timeframe selected by the player. Self-excluded players may not open a new gr999 account during the exclusion period. Closure by gr999. Where gr999 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or providing false registration information, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, gr999 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account as compensation for any losses or costs incurred by gr999 as a result of the breach.
Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. gr999 will attempt to notify the registered account holder by email prior to applying any inactivity policy. gr999 reserves the right to apply a reasonable monthly account maintenance fee to inactive accounts after the applicable notice period. The fee will not reduce any account balance below zero.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gr999 shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gr999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.
- gr999 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.
- gr999 is not responsible for any loss arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or network conditions outside gr999's direct control that affect your ability to access the platform or complete a bet or game round.
- In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, gr999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the issue. Bets that cannot be verified due to a system error may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
- gr999 makes no representations about the tax treatment of winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on winnings received from gr999 in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
- Where gr999's liability is established, the total aggregate liability of gr999 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gr999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by gr999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
